试验了一次,饼饼不大好做,枣肉粘性太大,做的时候太粘手。我家没有烤箱,用的平底煎锅,开最小火,饼饼还是很快变黑了,我想这是因为枣肉糖份高的原因。直到闻到焦香味,饼才出锅,但是不干不脆,还有点粘牙, ...
